Additional tasks, as follow:

  • Assistant of Minister for Tax Regulation and Law Enforcement, Tax Compliance and Taxation Supervisory are assigned to assist the Director General of Taxes in establishing coordination of tasks implementation in the Directorate General of Taxes;
  • Assistant of Minister for Revenue is assigned to assist the Director General of Budget, Director General of Customs and Excise, and Fiscal Policy Agency in establishing coordination of tasks implementation in the field of customs, excise and  non-tax revenue;
  • Assistant of Minister for State Expenditure, Macroeconomic and International Financial, Financial Services and Capital Market Policy and Regulation as well as Organization, Bureaucracy, Information, and Technology are assigned to assist the first-echelon officials in establishing coordination of tasks implementation;
  • Further arrangement on the assignment of Assistants of Minister of Finance referred to in paragraph (1) shall be determined by the Minister of Finance.
